A couple years ago, I did 90 days of just juice. It was a major stretch and life changing. I learned many things about juicing in general, lost some weight and prayed a lot for global awakening to Christ. It wasn’t just about juicing.
During my 90 days of just juice, I published all of my recipes and posted pics of the produce I used to create them as posts on my New Strength Blog, under the Category of: For Better Health. I gave techniques I learned about making good juice concoctions and it helped me stay on track with my goal of publishing 360 unique juice recipes.
I did some studying and broke some rules…but I survived and was better for it.
